Government Budget and Economic Concepts of Dr. Muhammad Hameedullah (Research and Analytical Study)

Abstract

The research work of Dr. Hamidullah communicates that he was the unique scholar of all the fields of Islamic studies. His excellent points of Tafseer –ul –Quran are full of knowledge and wisdom. The synopsis highlights the contribution and achievements of Dr. Hamidullah to understand the Holy Quran in modern age. He wrote many books of Islamic studies. These are full of his research work especially the unique and scholarly point of his Quranic comprehension. Dr. Hameedullah’s economic concepts can be useful in current era. Because the verse number sixty of Surah touba is the fundamental principle of budget of Islamic government near him. He has explained beautifully and argumentatively consumers which are mentioned in this Surah. Several aspects have been defined out of this. Such as the revenue of tex  will  be added to treasury of state as booty, maal Fay, Khiraj, Jizya, Ushar and tax are also the collected revenue of state.the government can facilitade its citizens by consuming this revenue in different fields of life.
