Abstract

Ruling on earth is part of the system of nature. God rules over whomever He wills on His earth. We give the ability to lead and lead the people to whomever they want. Sometimes those in charge of the state and sovereignty, as they wish, hold the reins of government. Then decisions consist of such matters. While this chair is a blessing from Almighty God, it is also a very dangerous test. Everyone here has to be taken care of. Only then will it be possible for the government to recognize its responsibilities. The system cannot be right unless everyone is aware of their rights and responsibilities. While the principles and methods of other systems of life are well described in the Holy Qur'an, the ruler is also drawn to his responsibilities. Thus, this subject has been touched upon in numerous verses of the Holy Qur'an, but in the light of a few special verses, the rights and responsibilities of the ruler are examined.
