In Subcontinent of Pak o Hind, Muslim shrines have traditionally been maintained by hereditary saints. A number of prominent Chishti Sufis spread the teachings of islam in subcontinent. One of them is Muhammad SulemanTaunsvi who was a great Sufi, saint and scholar within the Chishti order .He was born to the Jafar Pakhtun tribe of Darug, Loralai. His shrine lies in Taunsa of district Dera Ghazi Khan. His aspiration toward a universal kindness to all creatures beyond the requirements of Islamic teachings has added a distinctly hypernomian dimension to the moral vision of Islam۔There is a growing need to explore the role of SulemanTaunsvi and his teachings which, through social movements, have contributed to, and continue to influence, human resource development at various levels individual, group, organization, community, nation, and international.Dargah-e-SulemanTaunsvi has felt that the organization of the shrines has been incompatible with their political, social, moral and religious goals. This article examines how the SulemanTaunsvi and his successors not only have established a peaceful society, aimed at direct see the right path to the people; they have also attempted to present a harmless society concerning the significance of the saints which though drawing on the Sufi tradition, diverges sharply from many popular beliefs.
