Abstract

It is the principle of the Islamic system that the shura is the most important factor in its establishment and perpetuation. If there is no clear text in any issue related to individual or politically educational and economics and sociology, then consultation is the most important element of its solution. In the Islamic system of government, the Shura Committee has superiority over the administrative bodies and leads them, while the Shura Committee of the current Pakistani government has limited responsibilities and fewer powers than the Shura in Islam. The head of state is bound by the shura despite having education and training based on divine support and revelation.
